Dear Readers!

Audi Hungaria is remarkably multi-faceted – much more so than we are able to show on these pages. In 30 years, we have grown into a complete company. The specialist expertise of our team combined with its pioneering spirit and passion are in many respects the drivers that advance mobility around the globe: powertrains, vehicles and services…from Győr to the world. In 2022, we reached further milestones in these areas. The seismic shift demanded by the e-transformation, digitalisation and sustainability represents a major challenge for us – particularly in these times when external factors, such as the pandemic, the nearby war and energy supply issues, are having a significant impact on our activities. Yet we were able to defy these pressures and continue to follow the path we set ourselves, thanks to the outstanding performance of our team.

These experiences have increased our resilience and only made us stronger, while further fuelling the development of the Hungarian economy. The past year has proved in no uncertain terms that we are able to achieve growth in every area of the business. We are now preparing for the production of Premium Platform Electric (PPE), the new generation of electric vehicles, while we are also adding a new brand with the manufacture of the CUPRA Terramar. In addition, we have expanded our Tool Factory and resolved to consolidate our competence-based services under the auspices of our own subsidiary. These are just a few examples of the strength that lies within us, and our desire to continuously evolve. All this and the successes of 2022 signal our shared direction: towards the Next Level at Audi Hungaria.

By reading this publication, you will also learn more about our strategy for a successful future. Above all, however, our Annual Report is about people. About our colleagues, who have led us to success with their ideas and energy, and with whom we have entered into another special year with the arrival of 2023, the 30^th anniversary of Audi Hungaria.
